OEM/ODM Customization Process

Due to the specificity of the products, the customization process will be slightly different for different products. Customers can always communicate with our factory online via email, phone or official website link.

  • 1.Needs analysis and goal setting

    Define the purpose, usage scenarios, and performance requirements of amphibious vehicles, such as land speed, water navigation ability, load capacity, endurance, and safety.

  • 8.Marketing

    After completing all tests and evaluations, we prepare for mass production, including production line layout, process development, and quality control standards. We also formulate marketing strategies to launch the amphibious vehicles and provide necessary after-sales service and technical support.

  • 2.Design

    Design the overall structure, power system, transmission system, and control system of the amphibious vehicle. Determine key design principles, such as using streamlined exterior designs to reduce water resistance and considering multifunctionality for different applications.

  • 7.Safety and reliability assessment

    Conduct a safety assessment of the amphibious vehicles to ensure safety in various usage scenarios. Reliability tests are carried out to evaluate durability and failure rates. Based on the results, further improvements and optimizations are made.

  • 3.Detailed design and calculation

    Conduct detailed design of key components, including the frame structure, wheels or tracks, waterproof sealing, power system matching, and water propulsion system. Perform necessary mechanical and fluid dynamics calculations to ensure the design's feasibility and effectiveness.

  • 6.Testing and validation‌

    Perform land and water tests on the prototype to verify that its performance meets design requirements. Tests include speed, steering flexibility, braking performance, water navigation stability, and waterproofing. Necessary adjustments and optimizations are made based on the results.

  • 4.Material selection and procurement

    Select appropriate materials, such as lightweight, corrosion-resistant aluminum alloys and high-strength, wear-resistant synthetic rubber. Develop a material procurement plan to ensure that the materials meet design and quality standards.

  • 5.Fabrication and assembly

    Manufacture and assemble the prototype vehicle components according to detailed design drawings. This includes welding the frame, installing wheels or tracks, assembling the power system, and adjusting the control system.
